Extreme sports and travel insurance

Most policies would state that the claim would not be approved if you did not wear the correct gear, like a helmet, or if you were behaving recklessly, lastly if you under the influence of drugs or alcohol and it impaired your judgement – read your policy so you are aware of the detail.
